Carl F. Schwartz is a partner at Hunton & Williams LLP and serves as chair of the New York real estate group.  He has more than 30 years of experience representing commercial real estate owners, developers and lenders, incljuding REITs and private equity funds, in local, national and international transactions. Carl has been lead counsel on some of the highest-profile deals in the tri-state area, including the development of the new Yankee Stadium, the $205 million acquisition of 70 Pine Street, and the $400 million acquisition of Two Grand Central. Carl is a graduate of Union College and Boston College Law School.
