Rob is an innovative leader with a track record of success in developing programs that have ended homelessness for thousands of Americans. Rob served as Commissioner of the Department of Homeless Services in New York, where he reduced the number of individuals living on New York’s streets by 47%. Prior to his role as Commissioner, Rob served as the Homeless Czar in Philadelphia, reducing the number of individuals living on the streets by more than 60%. He also served as the President and CEO of the Maryland Center for Veterans Education and Training. He earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland and is a veteran of the United States Army.
